We stand by our highest quality of personal lubrication. Unopened and sealed bottles can be returned at your expense. You will be refunded the purchase price (only if purchased from our website) minus original shipping cost and a $2 restocking fee. Opened bottles can not be returned.

Should bottles be damaged during shipment we are happy to replace it at no additional cost. You may have to return the damaged merchandise.
